Frequently Asked Questions About TrustPoint Hospital

You probably have many questions about treatment, our programs and more. We’ve provided answers to frequently asked questions.

When are visiting hours?

Visitation is encouraged with the patient’s agreement and is open to anyone 18 and above who has been given the patient’s passcode.

Specific visitation time varies according to the program and the visitation guide is given upon admission. Visitation times are subject to change according to the needs of the unit and patient population.

What safety measures might I expect?

For safety and confidentiality visitors are not allowed to enter program areas with purses, cell phones, large coats, food or drink.   Visitors will be asked to empty all belongings into a locker during visitation.  We ask that visitors leave as much as possible in your vehicle.

I was a patient at TrustPoint Hospital and while I was there I noticed that I spoke to medical professionals about my condition on a regular basis because they made themselves available to me regularly. The staff truly advocate for the improvement of your mental state by designing the care to fit your needs.
