Mission & Philosophy

The mission of TrustPoint Hospital is to improve the quality of life of our patients and their families.

Due to the nature and severity of the issues that our patients and their families have been experiencing, we understand the importance of completing thorough assessments, providing accurate diagnoses, and developing personalized treatment plans that will empower each patient to achieve his or her greatest potential.

For some of our patients, a successful treatment experience will involve the elimination or significant reduction of symptoms while, for others, the optimal outcome will be a delay in the progression of symptoms and an increased ability to manage their disorders in a healthy and productive manner. In all cases, our mission remains the same: to provide personalized, comprehensive services in a manner that will empower our patients and their families to achieve an increased quality of life.

The vision of TrustPoint Hospital is to be a safe, efficient, and highly reliable organization.

Above all else, we are dedicated to ensuring the safety and continued wellbeing of all who are entrusted into our care. When patients enter treatment at TrustPoint Hospital, they and their family members can feel secure in the knowledge that their safety is a primary point of focus in all that we do.

Consistent with our dedication to patient safety is our commitment to operating in an efficient and reliable manner. Open and honest communication with individuals in treatment and their families, thorough individualized planning, patient-focused treatment techniques, and transparency in our decision-making processes are among the many ways in which we protect patient safety, ensure efficiency, and promote reliability on an individual and organizational basis.

The philosophy of TrustPoint Hospital is based upon an unwavering dedication to providing patient-centered care that considers the whole person and is delivered with compassion, integrity, honesty, and trust.

One of the hallmarks of our program is that each person who heals at TrustPoint will have a unique experience that is based upon and influenced by his or her unique strengths, needs, personal history, and treatment objectives. However, all patients and families, regardless of the issues that they have been experiencing or the goals that they are hoping to achieve, can expect to see our core values reflected in every interaction that they have with TrustPoint Hospital.

From the first interaction that a prospective patient or family member has with a member of our intake or admissions staff, through the entire treatment experience, and in any ongoing post-discharge communication, we are dedicated to acting with compassion and integrity in order to promote an environment of honesty and trust.

To learn more about how we incorporate our mission, vision, and philosophy into all that we do at TrustPoint Hospital, or for answers to any questions that you may have about any aspect of our programming, please feel free to contact us at your convenience. We look forward to speaking with you and providing you with the information that you need in order to make the best decision for yourself or a loved one.

I was a patient at TrustPoint Hospital and while I was there I noticed that I spoke to medical professionals about my condition on a regular basis because they made themselves available to me regularly. The staff truly advocate for the improvement of your mental state by designing the care to fit your needs.
