Read what our patients have said about the quality services they have received at TrustPoint Hospital.
“I would recommend this facility to everyone. Everybody that worked here from administration to the nice cleaning ladies were very friendly. The staff at Trustpoint Hospital respected me. It is obvious they enjoy what they do. They treat you like a person, rather than a job. They all seem sincere and caring. The OTs and PTs really know what they are doing. They do not push too hard if you have trouble with your exercise. They really listen to you and care how your body feels during your therapy. They have taught me a lot. I have been through a total of 3 back surgeries, and I would come back again, with no hesitation. The nurses and the CNAs were wonderful people on all shifts. They had no problem taking care of me and were nice to my family and friends. For those patients that choose to come to Trustpoint for rehab, you should go along with what is expected of you. I had a wonderful recovery and relationship with everybody at Trustpoint Hospital. I just want to thank all of you at Trustpoint Hospital for your love and care.”

“On February 17, I was transferred to Trustpoint Hospital in Murfreesboro, TN. I was blessed to have Dr. Paula Stewart as my physician. She is a specialist in spinal cord injuries. Dr. Stewart is very knowledgeable and knew exactly what medications I would benefit from. I was fortunate to have wonderful therapist and nurses during my entire stay, they made me feel like family. I grew especially close to Martha, Louis and Hailee. Each therapist took a special interest in my recovery, it is easy to tell that their work is not just a job but a passion.
They immediately started three hours of Physical and Occupational Therapy each day. I also had Speech Therapy because it was hard to swallow and my food had to be pureed. During my first day of therapy, I went from depression to determination. The therapists were amazing and had great personalities. They were determined to help me walk again. They put me in a standing frame the first day and I was able to stand supported for 1 minute. The next day was 5 minutes. Two days after that, I could stand for 15 minutes. They say I am stubborn because I do not like to take breaks and never wanted to quit. They would also show encouragement by telling me I was doing phenomenal. Occupational therapy worked on my left hand and upper body strength. They started by teaching me to do things for myself. At first, I couldn’t even open or feel my hands or legs. Every day there was an improvement. I will never give up! To sum it up, I have gone from desperation to depression to determination.“

“Thank you to all the caregivers at Trustpoint. from Andrea, who helped us get in, to Melody, who helped us get out with outpatient care, everyone did a wonderful job caring for me. A special thanks to all the nursing assistants for your kind, helpful care. To the Rehab girls, you are amazing. I rolled in, in a wheelchair, and walked out on my own. Your words of encouragement helped me so much. Hailee, Katherine, and Brittany, you are awesome, you all were. I am sorry I don’t remember all of your names. Thanks TrustPoint staff. Great job!!“
