Insurance & Payment Information

Understanding financial implications of treatment can be different and confusing. The admissions team at TrustPoint is available to help answer any questions you may have.

TrustPoint Hospital accepts  a wide variety of funding sources including traditional Medicare, TennCare, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Aetna, United Healthcare, and many more. Our intake professionals will attempt to verify insurance benefits and to pre-certify the admission prior to the patient’s arrival. Our staff will then review the benefits coverage and any applicable patient responsibility with the patient or responsible party during the admissions process.

I was a patient at TrustPoint Hospital and while I was there I noticed that I spoke to medical professionals about my condition on a regular basis because they made themselves available to me regularly. The staff truly advocate for the improvement of your mental state by designing the care to fit your needs.
