Patient comfort and convenience mandated the design of TrustPoint Hospital. From its 4 foot wide doorways to its spacious and inviting patient rooms – everything about TrustPoint is a reflection of our deep commitment to patient satisfaction.
TrustPoint also offers a spacious parking lot conveniently located to the front door allowing easy access to patient rooms. Or, if you prefer to bring your RV, we provide RV hook-ups in our back parking area. For our out of town patients we have negotiated discounts with nearby hotels for your convenience.
Physical Rehabilitation Services
The first floor of the hospital houses the in-patient physical rehabilitation unit. It includes a 3,000 square foot state of the art rehabilitation gymnasium manned by TrustPoint’s elite therapy staff. According to TrustPoint CEO, Craig Bragg, "About half of our physical rehabilitation patients will come to us with neurological impairments or major multiple trauma. They have suffered a devastating, life-changing event. We pride ourselves on helping them to overcome or, at a minimum adapt, to the physical limitations they are experiencing. Our goal is to return them to their communities as happy, healthy, and productive individuals."
Behavioral Health Services
The second floor of the hospital houses the Geriatric Behavioral Health Unit and the Acute Medical Unit. The geriatric behavioral health unit is designed to help individuals, age 55 and up, that are suffering from depression or other significant behavioral issues. TrustPoint Hospital Chief Nursing Officer and RN, Cathy Johnson, says, "The patient we admit to our geriatric behavioral health unit will be suffering from some type of behaviorally-induced significant loss of life quality or may be in need of medication management for behavioral related issues." TrustPoint’s program is designed to provide medication management and counseling services so that the patient is returned to his optimal level of functioning. TrustPoint counselors work cooperatively with the patient and their families, as appropriate, to determine successful behavior modifications that can help them adapt to irreversible conditions such as progressive dementia. Our goal, as with all of our patients, is to assist them in overcoming or adapting to the limitations that they are currently experiencing.
Acute Medical Services
Also, located on the second floor of TrustPoint Hospital, our Acute Medical Unit is designed to provide quality, low-acuity, general medical care services in a VIP atmosphere. All of our large patient rooms are private with spacious attached lavatories. We offer standard medical testing, respiratory services and specialty physician consultations.
Rehabilitation Reception
Our Rehabilitation Department focuses on several facets of the patient; such as Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy and Speech Language Pathology. Our team approach bring physicians, nurses, therapists, dieticians, and social workers together to work with both patients and their families.
Rehabilitation Gym
Our gym focuses on all aspects of the patient. We work on physical and occupational therapy modalities. We focus on returning the patient to the highest level of functioning.
Therapy Services
We pay personal attention to patient's functional mobility and TrustPoint has the only outdoor walking track for Rehabilitation Services in the Lubbock area.
Behavioral Health Services
Our behavioral health program is specifically focused to the care of the aging population. We work with multiple facets of the persons psyche. We work with behaviors, dementia, paranoia and any other experiences that effect a persons quality of life. We provide group, individual, family and recreational therapies to return the patient to their highest level of functioning to be returned to the community.
Patient Consultation
Our multidisciplinary team consists of physicians, nurses, therapists, dietitians, and social workers that meet regularly to ensure the needs of our patients are being met or exceeded.

Our on-site pharmacy allows us to provide an additional level of patient care.
